Terms of Service

This document sets out the terms of use of the deVIG sports analytics service at devi-g.com. By registering or paying, you accept these terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. The terms are considered accepted from the moment of registration on the site or payment for a subscription. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with the conditions.

1.2. The Provider may change the terms. The current version is always available on this page.

2. Subject

2.1. The Provider grants access to the deVIG service - a sports analytics platform that calculates match outcome probabilities based on removing the bookmaker margin (devig) and AI analysis.

2.2. The service is informational and for entertainment. The content is not a call to participate in gambling, financial advice, or a guarantee of any result.

3. Registration and account

3.1. Registration is required to access some features. The user undertakes to provide accurate data and to keep account access secure.

3.2. The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age.

4. Plans, trial period, and payment

4.1. Paid Light and Pro plans are available. Current prices are shown on the Plans page.

4.2. A free 3-day trial period may be offered at registration. To activate it, a bank card is linked, with no charge at the moment of linking.

4.3. If the user does not cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period, the cost of the chosen plan is charged automatically at its end. The subscription then renews automatically for each subsequent period.

4.4. You can cancel the subscription and automatic renewal at any time in your account. After cancellation, access is retained until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

5.1. The terms and procedure for refunds are determined by applicable law and the Provider's internal rules. A refund request is sent to [email protected].

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Provider undertakes to keep the service running but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2. The user undertakes not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to disrupt the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The user makes decisions independently and at their own risk. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses related to the use of the analytics, including betting results.

7.2. No probability or forecast guarantees the outcome of an event.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. All site content, including texts, design, analytics, and code, belongs to the Provider and is protected by law.

9. Personal data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
